MU509 family are high-quality WCDMA modules designed in a small size and Huawei standard LGA form factor that specifically for industrial-grade M2M applications such as telematics, vehicle tracking, mobile payment industrial router, security monitoring and industrial PDA.
Huawei to standard technology based on the MU509 LGA modules provide a smooth path to Huawei HSPA + or LTE broadband modules.
MU509 modules support data transfer rate of 3.6 Mbps downlink, providing data and voice services within the global GSM / GPRS / EDGE / WCDMA networks. The modules also include advanced features such as embedded TCP / IP stack, FOTA, Huawei and better AT commands.
There are three variants to meet different market requirements:
MU509-b (UMTS / HSDPA 900/2100 MHz), for the European and Chinese markets.
MU509-c (UMTS / HSDPA 850/1900 MHz), for the North American market.
MU509-g (UMTS / HSDPA 850/2100 MHz), for Asia and the Pacific, Latin America market.
MU509-1 (UMTS / HSDPA 2100MHz) for European and China markets.
In MU509 variants are fully compatible with both pin-to-pin and AT commands.
