ME909 mini PCI express card is a high quality LTE module in mini PCIe design. It is specifically designed for industrial M2M applications such as vehicle telematics, tracking, mobile payments, industrial routers, security monitoring and industrial PDAs.
The ME909 Series supports 100Mbps downlink data rate, and enhanced features such as FOTA, USSD and Huawei and an extended set of AT commands.
There are three variations that meet different market requirements:
ME909u-521 mini PCIe (B1 / B2 / B3 / B5 / B7 / B8 / B20) for the European market.
ME909u-523 mini PCIe (B2 / B4 / B5 / B17), for the North American market.
All Huawei modules comply with ROHS directive and regional certification.
